Olivier Lefebvre offers through OUVERTURE MOUVEMENT a modern, innovative approach to yoga combining "tradition" and "free movement style" dance through different energetic techniques (a deep body work synchronizing movement and breath) aimed at the liberation and circulation of energy with respect to the needs of each individual... Accessible to all, the participants will find in this fashion of practicing yoga all the energy sufficient for which they can better apprehend, feel, understand and create the different spaces which make life what it is. Olivier Lefebvre invites you to discover yourself through participation in regular classes (individually and collectively), workshops and studio work throughout Morocco.
